Partner-Sourced Pipeline at ecosystem scale. You own the menu, partners pick a GTM motion, and partners fund it or you cost-share it. It can cost you $0. We run it in the partner's name, the meeting goes to the partner's rep, and the deal registers with you as partner-sourced.
Every partner pulls toward its own goals. The platform in the middle strains, then cracks.Your partners out front, pulling together. You steer, toward your goals and theirs.
They own territories, tiers and check-ins. Nobody owns proactive, partner-led outreach at scale.
Most can't staff campaigns for every vendor they sell. Your play waits behind their own.
Whoever books the meeting gets the credit. If your team runs it, it isn't partner-sourced.
Funds go unused, or get spent on activity nobody can tie to pipeline.
A structured process, from where you need to win to motions running in your partners' names.
Where you want to go, and by when. That's all we need to start.
One workshop decides which partners, or which categories of partners, are most likely to help. Horizontal, vertical, a wedge or any other motion.
The motions you wish your partners were running, scoped with pre-approved dollar amounts.
Your partner managers can take the menu to the partners that qualify, in the account mapping meetings they already hold, with a partner-facing deck in your branding. Or we run the recruiting campaign for you. We send the offer and ask for early participants from an address on your domain, and copy the partner account manager who oversees each partner. You get the feedback without chasing every partner manager. Early-adopter rates run very high the first time a menu reaches an ecosystem, and there's a little FOMO: if they pass, the next partner gets the spot. That means early wins, fast.
Cost-share, have each side make a deposit, or have Forecastable collect the funds. Contracted and funded quarterly, never locked in.
Our campaign operations team executes the motion. Every party sees every activity through our MCP and whatever AI tools they like.
As if you could send from your partners' domains into any account you pick, and see every reply.
Everybody's talking about you.Three partners, three angles, one name: yours.
The first scalable multi-partner sequencing solution in the market. You set the guardrails. Stagger touches by days, weeks or months, and land exactly the frequency and cadence you want across every partner. Or we suggest them, so it feels organic and reads as momentum. You'll feel like a maestro conducting a GTM orchestra.
Tech-enabled services. No other agency is equipped to scale partner GTM motions like this.
Partner-funded motions run on your priorities and account lists.
The segment, offer and sequence that produced meetings and SQOs.
What works can become a sales-led, partner-involved motion, scale to more partners, or go another direction. It depends on your priorities.
The partner funds the motion, and the pipeline registers with you as partner-sourced.
Crossbeam stays at the center of every program. Even when data can't be shared, connect Crossbeam so we can gather and see it. We ingest your partners' data on top of your own, including data you may not even share internally. Then you hand partners an account list instead of the data. It sidesteps data-sharing rules and still gives each partner the highest-quality target list they could ask for. That's a big reason partners say yes.
A true co-sell motion on Crossbeam, built with our partners.
"We came to Alex and the Forecastable team as we were struggling to operationalize and enable partners on a true co-sell motion using Crossbeam. By working with the Forecastable team, we've developed a great framework and playbooks, content and education to enable our partners, and the foundation for reps and partners to effectively co-sell."

Start with a 30-minute Program Fit Analysis. We look at your partner base, your plays and your MDF, then sketch what your first menu could hold.
With a senior partnerships leader, not an SDR. If nothing fits, we'll tell you.

After serving in The United States Marine Corps, Alex Buckles spent the next two decades as a student of revenue production and an advocate for innovation.
Along the way, he has helped numerous companies achieve double and triple-digit growth by crafting and executing high-performing go-to-market strategies, with co-selling at the center of each.
As a once-advanced technical marketer, an expert sales & partner professional, and a strong customer success advocate, Mr. Buckles understands the impact of these functions aligning not only on revenue production, but on the day-to-day execution of the go-to-market strategy. In his free time, you’ll find him spending quality time with his children, one of whom is on the autism spectrum. 1 in 36 children in the U.S. are on the spectrum and boys are four times more likely to be diagnosed than girls.
With that in mind, Mr. Buckles plans on dedicating the rest of his life serving those living with autism, through his organization Pathways for Autism. From his perspective, there must be a scalable and financially self-sustaining infrastructure established to put as many individuals with autism as possible on a path towards complete independence as adults.
