Referral Partner: What It Is and How to Work With One

Short answer Short answer: A referral partner is a company or individual who introduces you to prospects in their network in exchange for a fee, without taking part in the sale or the transaction. It matters because a referral partner opens warm doors that cold outreach cannot, but the model only produces when the referral […]

Through-Channel Marketing: What It Is and How It Works

Short answer Short answer: Through channel marketing is demand generation a vendor runs through its partners, supplying campaigns, content, and funds so partners market to their own customers under their own brand. It matters because partners own trusted relationships a vendor cannot reach directly, but most of these programs underperform because they push vendor material […]

Partnership Marketing: What It Is and How to Run It

Short answer Short answer: Partnership marketing is joint marketing between two companies that combine audiences, content, and channels to generate demand for a shared value proposition. It matters because a co-branded campaign borrows the trust and reach of both brands at once, which is why a partner webinar or joint guide usually outperforms the same […]

B2B Partner Marketing Strategy: To, Through, With

What a B2B partner marketing strategy is Short answer: A B2B partner marketing strategy is the plan for how you market to partners, through partners, and with partners, so partner relationships turn into pipeline rather than logos on a slide. It works when each of those three audiences has its own goal and the whole […]

The Partner Data Flywheel: How It Compounds

Short answer: the partner data flywheel The partner data flywheel is the compounding loop, developed at Forecastable, that turns partner conversations into actions, actions into pipeline, and pipeline into revenue, then feeds what it learns back into the next cycle. It exists because most partner programs treat data as a report to read once, when […]

The Nine Accelerators of Partnership Execution

Short answer: the nine accelerators of partnership execution The nine accelerators of partnership execution are the nine scored levers, developed at Forecastable, that determine whether a partner program actually produces revenue, grouped under three levers: Strategy, Story, and Selling. The 60-Day Rule for Partnerships, Explained

Short answer: the 60-day rule for partnerships The 60-day rule for partnerships is a simple activation standard, developed at Forecastable: a newly signed partner should produce its first pipeline within 60 days of signing, not its first meeting or its first portal login. Partner Valuation Certainty: What Execs Want

Short answer: partner valuation certainty Partner valuation certainty is the outcome executives are actually buying when they fund a partner program: a more predictable, profitable, and differentiated business that underwrites a higher, more defensible company valuation. Short answer: the partnership program maturity model The partnership program maturity model is a four-zone diagnostic, developed at Forecastable, that places a revenue organization on a path from direct-only selling to category leadership through systematic co-go-to-market. Partner Newsletter Best Practices That Get Read

Short answer: partner newsletter best practices Partner newsletter best practices come down to sending fewer, sharper emails that help a partner make money, segmented by partner type, with one clear action per send.
