Justify Investment
Make this shift and you go from a background function to a revenue leader. You’re no longer just a supporter of sales—you’re a co-leader of growth. You earn budget, influence, and a seat at the strategic table.
The Real Problem: You’re leaning on relationships in a world that now demands results. Partnerships still thrive on trust—but without a structured path to revenue, even the best relationships stall out. Your Crossbeam overlaps hold value, but that value remains locked until there’s execution behind it.
The Shift Needed: From partner touchpoints to partner-driven pipeline. From activity to outcomes. From hope to forecast.
This isn’t just a promise to your team or your company. It’s a commitment to YOURSELF.
To elevate your role. To prove your impact. To take full ownership of outcomes and be seen as mission-critical. Your career will thank you.
Together, we turn your network into a revenue engine
No. This makes you indispensable. We handle systematic execution—you own strategy and relationships. If you fear this service, then you’re likely clinging to a silo. Now’s the time to choose between living in fear, in a silo, or driving results with confidence. We are NOT an outsourced Partnerships department and will never become the face of the partnership between your company and its partners. That’s your role.Â
The best ones do. Structure helps them close more deals. The others? Weren’t producing anyway. Get rid of them.Â
Typically within 60–90 days. You’ll have metrics your CEO will love by the next board meeting.
Perfect. We optimize what’s working and fill the gaps. We don’t replace you—we empower you.
Absolutely. Sales loves partner-sourced deals when they’re orchestrated and qualified. Remember, Forecastable was born as a sales function. We speak the sales language and can overcome ANY objection a sales team surfaces. You’ll finally be treated as a member of the sales team, like a peer, instead of an outsider. You’ll be thanked, celebrated, and everything in-between.
Either way, this shift is coming. You decide if you lead it or if it happens without you.

After serving in The United States Marine Corps, Alex Buckles spent the next two decades as a student of revenue production and an advocate for innovation.
Along the way, he has helped numerous companies achieve double and triple-digit growth by crafting and executing high-performing go-to-market strategies, with co-selling at the center of each.
As a once-advanced technical marketer, an expert sales & partner professional, and a strong customer success advocate, Mr. Buckles understands the impact of these functions aligning not only on revenue production, but on the day-to-day execution of the go-to-market strategy. This concept of revenue-team alignment is what quickly became the foundation of Forecastable back in January of 2018.
In his free time, you’ll find him spending quality time with his children, one of whom is on the autism spectrum. 1 in 36 children in the U.S. are on the spectrum and boys are four times more likely to be diagnosed than girls.
With that in mind, Mr. Buckles plans on dedicating the rest of his life serving those living with autism, through his organization Pathways for Autism. From his perspective, there must be a scalable and financially self-sustaining infrastructure established to put as many individuals with autism as possible on a path towards complete independence as adults.
