Eva runs the day-to-day operation of the partner program. Her job is that nothing agreed to in a partner conversation quietly dies.
Calls, emails, and Slack threads involving partners get processed into structured records rather than sitting as transcripts nobody rereads.
Who agreed to do what, by when. She distinguishes between what your team owes the partner and what the partner owes you, which is the distinction that usually gets lost.
Items land on a named person with a date, in the system, not in someone's memory or a meeting note.
When a partner surfaces a lead, she checks it against what a real lead needs to be, and keeps it linked to the opportunity it becomes so attribution survives the handoff.
Partner plans have goals and milestones. She watches whether they are moving, and specifically watches for things that have stopped moving without anyone declaring them dead.
A running operational picture rather than a report you have to request.
What moved this week, what slipped, what is due next, per partner.
The post-call email, the nudge on an overdue commitment, the check-in with a partner who has gone quiet. Drafted for review, never sent without approval.
A partner with no touch in N days gets raised before the relationship is cold rather than after.
What Eva does not do: she does not give strategic advice, does not decide which partners are worth investing in, and does not recommend program changes. If she started doing that, the person grading the program and the person running it would be the same system.
Alex reads the whole program and exercises judgment about it. Alex does not do the work. Alex tells you whether the work is working and what to do differently.
Foundation (is the data in place), Planning (do partners have real dated plans), Activation (is anything actually in market), Execution (are commitments being met or slipping), Coverage (is the program multithreaded or resting on single contacts), and Production (is it generating pipeline, and can it be proven).
A month-one program and a month-eighteen program are held to different standards, so the assessment coaches rather than just alarms.
Not "planning needs work" but "these four partners have been active 60+ days with no activation plan, here they are."
Which single thing to fix first and why that one before the others.
Alex remembers what was recommended last month and whether you did it. The next assessment opens with that rather than repeating itself.
The same analysis scoped to one relationship: is this partner healthy, stalled, or single-threaded, and what would move it.
Takes an actual plan and scores it against what a plan for that partner type should contain.
Computed from partner count, live plays, execution trend, touch volume, and partner-sourced pipeline versus program cost. It reports two things separately: whether you are out of capacity, and whether the economics justify the hire. Both together mean hire now.
"Which partners are worth the time?" "Why is nothing converting?" "Are we ready for a second reseller?" Answered from live data, with the specific partners and numbers.
Where Alex lives: inside the Claude, ChatGPT, or Microsoft 365 Copilot you already use. No separate tool, no dashboard to remember to open.
What Alex does not do: Alex does not execute. No sending, no updating records, no doing the task. Alex assesses and recommends.
Eva executes. Alex evaluates. Keeping those separate is deliberate: the system that runs your program should never be the same system grading it. Eva makes sure the work happens. Alex tells you, with evidence, whether it is the right work, and what to do next.
Both are included in every Forecastable package. There is nothing to add on and nothing extra to pay.
Every Forecastable package ships with Eva running the day-to-day and Alex telling you what to do next. Pick your path and they come with it.

After serving in The United States Marine Corps, Alex Buckles spent the next two decades as a student of revenue production and an advocate for innovation.
Along the way, he has helped numerous companies achieve double and triple-digit growth by crafting and executing high-performing go-to-market strategies, with co-selling at the center of each.
As a once-advanced technical marketer, an expert sales & partner professional, and a strong customer success advocate, Mr. Buckles understands the impact of these functions aligning not only on revenue production, but on the day-to-day execution of the go-to-market strategy. This concept of revenue-team alignment is what quickly became the foundation of Forecastable back in January of 2018.
In his free time, you’ll find him spending quality time with his children, one of whom is on the autism spectrum. 1 in 36 children in the U.S. are on the spectrum and boys are four times more likely to be diagnosed than girls.
With that in mind, Mr. Buckles plans on dedicating the rest of his life serving those living with autism, through his organization Pathways for Autism. From his perspective, there must be a scalable and financially self-sustaining infrastructure established to put as many individuals with autism as possible on a path towards complete independence as adults.
