We install the operating discipline and orchestrate the partner motion across your organization. Your team performs the activities; we coach them weekly, handle the back-office work, and guarantee attribution is tracked every step of the way. Real humans, real technology, and a real system. Not a pure technology play.
You have partners. You have a partner team. What you do not have is a system. Account planning happens when someone remembers to do it. Goals get set and never tracked. Comms go out in bursts, then go quiet.
When leadership asks what partnerships is producing, the honest answer is a shrug and a story. So results swing from quarter to quarter, budget gets questioned, and a channel that should be one of your most predictable stays the least measured thing you own.
For partnership teams that need to produce across every aspect of the organization, not only partner sales plays. We do not run the program in isolation. We orchestrate the activities, coach your team into performing them, and track the right metrics so partner pipeline becomes a measurable operating function.
Three things make this different from a PRM or a consulting engagement: account planning runs on your real overlap data, always-on comms are relevant and intentional 1:1 messages (not marketing blasts), and measurement ends in deal-level attribution.
We do not put every partner under management. We focus on the partners expected to produce real sales motions with you. No need to load your entire partner base into the program. We start where the pipeline actually is and expand from there.
Recruit and activate ideal partners with precision.
Rank the partner base by overlap and revenue potential so effort goes where pipeline actually is.
A joint plan per partner: goals, owners, milestones.
Joint goals with owners and dates, tracked to completion.
Map target accounts against partner overlap in Crossbeam to find where a partner already has the door open.
The recurring 1:1 partner-manager-to-partner communications. Relationship-building, not blasts.
Arm both sides' reps with the ready-to-send play: value story, offer, sequence.
Co-marketing coordinated and funded through MDF.
Actually generating and booking the partner meetings.
Up to 3 playbooks built and put in the field.
The number your CRO can forecast, reviewed on cadence.
Deployment to activity to lead to opportunity to closed-won.
This is not a pure technology play. We assign real people to your program so your team stays focused on high-value work instead of administrative tasks.
A dedicated partner advisor coaches your team weekly and runs one-on-one sessions to keep activities on track, remove blockers, and build the operating habits that produce pipeline.
Sales assistants who perform the back-office work: meeting prep, follow-up, account research, and playbook upkeep, so your reps stay focused on the most important activities.
We leverage our own technology or your existing stack, depending on the setup, to track and measure results every step of the way and guarantee attribution is in place.
Eva and Alex are included in every Forecastable package, at no additional cost. Eva is your AI Partner Account Manager. She runs the day-to-day: commitments, owners, due dates, and follow-ups, so nothing agreed to in a partner conversation quietly dies.
Alex is your AI Chief Partnerships Officer. He reads the whole program, scores it against where it should be by now, and tells you what to do next, partner by partner. Nothing to add on and nothing extra to pay.
We stand up success plans, goals, and account planning on your live overlap data, and agree how partner pipeline gets tracked and attributed, in writing, up front.
We orchestrate the motions week to week: your team performs the activities, our coach keeps them on cadence, co-sale specialists handle the back-office work, and your first playbooks go into the field.
Leadership sees partner pipeline tracked against targets, the same way they see the direct motion. Not a story, a number.
Built for companies with existing partner programs that want to accelerate pipeline production and partner mind share, increase revenue, and improve market position systematically.
This is especially useful when the CFO or CRO has a hard time quantifying what partnerships is producing, or when discipline and accountability are missing and the program keeps depending on heroics. If you are ready to get partner pipeline moving in the right direction, this is the path.
You get the discipline of an experienced team orchestrating the motion and coaching your people, without the headcount and ramp.
A PRM gives your team another tool to run. We orchestrate the motions with your team, handle the back-office work, and produce the pipeline.
The program stops depending on who remembered to update the sheet, and starts producing on a cadence with real humans and real attribution.
Priced per partner, so it scales with your base. Volume pricing as it grows, billed quarterly or annually, but always beginning with a four- to six-month pilot depending on the scope of the program. Like our pipeline engagements, it can be funded through MDF and cost-shared with participating partners.
As the program produces, many teams add Produce My Pipeline, putting our fee on the pipeline for specific plays. Accelerate installs the system; Produce My Pipeline puts our own money on the outcome. Most teams start here and grow into both.
Forecastable partners with TalentFueled, our sister company, to handle staffing and recruiting for the Partnerships Org. We hire sales-minded talent and ramp them alongside the hiring manager to get them on the fastest path to production.
No. A PRM logs what already happened and hands your team another tool to run. We orchestrate the motions with your team: account planning, comms, meetings, and playbooks, with a dedicated coach and co-sale specialists handling the back-office work.
No. We make them far more effective. We install the discipline, orchestrate the activities, and coach your team so they spend time on the relationships and decisions that need a human, not on administrative tasks.
Perfect. That is the fuel. Crossbeam shows you the overlap; we turn it into worked account plans, booked meetings, and deployed plays. We make your Crossbeam investment pay off.
No. Pricing is per partner, so the program scales with your base, with volume pricing as it grows.
Book a working session and we will show you how we would orchestrate your program: recruiting, account plans, goals, comms, and the first co-sell plays we would put in the field.

After serving in The United States Marine Corps, Alex Buckles spent the next two decades as a student of revenue production and an advocate for innovation.
Along the way, he has helped numerous companies achieve double and triple-digit growth by crafting and executing high-performing go-to-market strategies, with co-selling at the center of each.
As a once-advanced technical marketer, an expert sales & partner professional, and a strong customer success advocate, Mr. Buckles understands the impact of these functions aligning not only on revenue production, but on the day-to-day execution of the go-to-market strategy. This concept of revenue-team alignment is what quickly became the foundation of Forecastable back in January of 2018.
In his free time, you’ll find him spending quality time with his children, one of whom is on the autism spectrum. 1 in 36 children in the U.S. are on the spectrum and boys are four times more likely to be diagnosed than girls.
With that in mind, Mr. Buckles plans on dedicating the rest of his life serving those living with autism, through his organization Pathways for Autism. From his perspective, there must be a scalable and financially self-sustaining infrastructure established to put as many individuals with autism as possible on a path towards complete independence as adults.
