While most of the B2B industry celebrated partnerships with dashboards and declarations, we were in the field, seeing where it all broke down and fell apart.
Partnerships weren’t failing because of intent. They were failing because nobody owned the execution.
Before launching Forecastable in 2018, our CEO, Alex Buckles, spent over a decade executing co-sell motions from the ground up: insurance tech, SAP, Adobe, and enterprise professional services. He learned the hard truth most leaders miss:
In 2021, Crossbeam’s $76M raise confirmed what we knew: partnerships were going mainstream. But results? Still elusive.
But realized that even with great technology and plays, partner execution was still stalling
We introduced a managed-services layer that owns the outcome.
We guide. We oversee. We unblock. We drive pipeline.
This shift changed everything—for us and our customers.
We’re now embedded in revenue teams across industries and continents, powering real ecosystem execution around the platforms buyers already trust.

We’re operators, strategists, and builders, but above all we’re humans, guided by unwavering principles:
Empathy over ego. People over policy. No matter the situation or who’s around, we must always do what’s right; whatever that may be. We must be sympathetic to our colleagues, customers, and partners, putting ourselves in their shoes, no matter the corporate policy. Policies can be changed and exceptions can be made for the right reasons
Clarity builds trust and trust drives long-lasting relationships, which impacts everything else
Commit to yourself, your colleagues, and customers. If you're going to do it, commit to it.
Customers buy from us because they want specific outcomes achieved. By relentlessly focusing on those, everyone wins.
We’re all in this together. Whether you help a colleague through a challenge, teach something new to someone, volunteer your time to those in need, or many other possibilities, make a positive impact in someone’s life and do it often.

The “Predictable Revenue” era is over.
Ecosystem-led growth is the future: scalable, efficient, and built for B2B.
We built for it, before it happened.
I’ve personally co-sold across SaaS, Services, Hardware, and live and breathe this stuff every single day. I know what it’s like when partnerships are just noise and I’ve seen what happens when they’re executed properly: they drive real pipeline, protect entire forecasts, and catapult careers.
We didn’t build Forecastable to ride the ecosystem trend. We built it to lead the motion—to give revenue teams what I never had: a partner system that actually works.
It’s the engine that replaces “Predictable Revenue” with what every CEO, investor, and board member really wants—even more than revenue itself: Market-Position Certainty

After serving in The United States Marine Corps, Alex Buckles spent the next two decades as a student of revenue production and an advocate for innovation.
Along the way, he has helped numerous companies achieve double and triple-digit growth by crafting and executing high-performing go-to-market strategies, with co-selling at the center of each.
As a once-advanced technical marketer, an expert sales & partner professional, and a strong customer success advocate, Mr. Buckles understands the impact of these functions aligning not only on revenue production, but on the day-to-day execution of the go-to-market strategy. This concept of revenue-team alignment is what quickly became the foundation of Forecastable back in January of 2018.
In his free time, you’ll find him spending quality time with his children, one of whom is on the autism spectrum. 1 in 36 children in the U.S. are on the spectrum and boys are four times more likely to be diagnosed than girls.
With that in mind, Mr. Buckles plans on dedicating the rest of his life serving those living with autism, through his organization Pathways for Autism. From his perspective, there must be a scalable and financially self-sustaining infrastructure established to put as many individuals with autism as possible on a path towards complete independence as adults.
